At Maverick Fine Western Wear, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn merchandise back in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to preserve the quality of the leather and fabric.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
